  • Tina Padilla - Executive Director

    Tina Padilla is the Executive Director of Community Warriors 4 Peace-Northeast. One of the first Woman led Organizations. Tina grew up in Northeast Los Angeles and gained a passion for helping others in her community. Tina developed her expertise through lived experience, Tina wanted to be the generational cycle breaker in her family to stop the trauma and pain she went through as a child of gang members Tina has participation in programs such as, Alcohol and Drug Abuse (AA and NA), Domestic Violence, Anger and Stress Management, YAAP (Youth Awareness Adult Program), YOP (Youth Offender Program), CBT (Cognitive Behavior Treatment). Tina has received her certificate in Drug and alcohol counseling from Glendale Community College along with her AS. She also went on to receive her Bachelor's in Human Development. Tina is about making positive changes so that future generations can grow in love and healing, not trauma and death.

    To round out her impressive skill set, Tina is also a nationwide trainer for the Urban Peace Institute and is also part of the Los Angeles Violence Coalition

  • Victor Zamora - Coordinator

    Victor grew up in Northeast Los Angeles, and loves to give back to his community. He has grown up here in Northeast Los Angeles and looks forward to making improvements within the community.

  • Frank Saucedo - Case Manager

    Frank has grown up here within the Northeast and has also raised his children here. In franks free time he enjoys coaching Football, Softball and Baseball.

  • Juan Rebollar - Case manager

    Juan is a seasoned gang interventionist who was once a participant. I'm continuing my education. I work with the at-risk youth and community members in the communities I grew up in.
